Acceptance & Scope

Orders & Pricing

Prices, taxes, and availability may change without prior notice. An order is accepted when we send a confirmation. Obvious errors (including typographical or system mistakes) may be corrected; if a correction affects your order materially, we will offer a cancellation and refund.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery windows are estimates and may shift due to courier capacity, weather, or holidays. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery at the address provided. Please inspect packages on arrival and report visible damage within 48 hours.

Returns & Refunds

Warranty & Repairs

Clockery movements carry a limited warranty against manufacturing defects as described on our product pages. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water ingress, unauthorized modifications, or battery leakage. Proof of purchase may be required.
